What happened?! This place used to be so good. I just waited over an hour and a half for delivery and they brought me a cold pizza with chicken so overcooked it was rock hard! Never again. Also, meal tax is only 6.25% but they round up to 7% to get every nickel they can.
Delicious food, large portions and friendly atmosphere !! Definitely will go there again!
Pizza Works has pretty good food and is very convenient if you live near Gold Star in Worcester. However, service is a little on the slow side, the seafood is a little pricey, and the female staff need to improve on having a more welcoming attitude. For some reason, the male staff seem much more appreciative toward your business. It's a little strange, but not really a dealbreaker on me being a returning customer.
My daughter and friend went to this establishment this afternoon. They were welcomed with "I hate kids coming in here! Any more friends coming, tell then to leave." I need to brag that my daughter is the most polite girl you could meet. Despite this despicable welcome, she stayed to have her after school snack with her friend. I scolded HER for staying and giving this place business. We live 0.3 miles from pizza works and they have lost our entire families business. I hope you will join me in boycotting this business as well... read more
