RecommendedWe love Restaurant Nicholas. We come here for almost every special occasion. This is what fine dining is about. Beautiful ambience, exceptional food and service without the pretentious nature of high end establishments. This is one of the best restaurants in New Jersey.
Always spectacular - from start to finish
The freshness & flavors of the food were beyond amazing! While upscale, the resturaunt was not "stuffy," if that makes sense. The wait staff was second to none! One of my best dining experiences, ever, period!

Cannot believe it took us so long to get there. Food, service and wine were all superb. And nice touch sending the lady of the table home with a gift of a small banana bread! Well done! We’ll certainly be back.
Delicious meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere. At our table, we had the chef’s tasting menu and the garden menu, with wine pairings. The food was inventive, beautiful and tasty. Service was superb, and we enjoyed chatting with the owner. Dessert and the complimentary chocolates for our anniversary were also a delight. Highly recommend.
I always have a great meal there and the service is impeccable. No reservations required for the bar and it’s a casual atmosphere. The dining room is a bit dated but always clean. Excellent wine selection and seasonal menu so you never get tired of the same old thing.
Always good choice for last minute dining ( at the bar). Good wine selection and great desserts round out the experience. Highly recommended.
