I have been a customer of Restaurant Depot for many years, and I visit the store several times a week as part of my work. I fully understand that Restaurant Depot operates as a “working warehouse,” and I respect that employees need to move products, restock, and operate equipment throughout the store. However, being a working warehouse should not be an excuse for employees to block entire aisles or treat customers as if they are in the way. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. None of the employees speak English, which makes it nearly impossible to get any help. I walked around the store trying to ask simple questions, and no one could understand or assist me. It’s extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
