Every time I come into the store I'm just as impressed as the last visit by the above-and-beyond customer service. I think The Restaurant Store could offer quite a few other Lehigh Valley businesses training! Kudos to being the very best!
I was in the allentown location the other day. I found everything I needed, but that's beside the point. The part that made my experience great, not just good, great, was your associate Mr. Giuseppe. He was over the top helpful. Literally some of the best customer service I've experienced. Was quick to make sure I found everything I needed. Was helpful with questions, and even helped me carry stuff to my car. Thanks sof much for the wonderful experience.
