The concept (focus on local sources and ingredients, hospitality-included price) attracted me to book a reservation for my and my partner's last dinner on our trip to Minneapolis. Everything is perfect st Alma's. Timing determines if you get pastries or not. It can get very busy. Their potatoes are to die for.
