I found Rest Well difficult to work with. A last minute cancelation by their staff, confusion around insurance coverage, followed by a "no show"...three separate issues over a 5 week period of time. I am seeking other alternatives.
Doctor referral to Rest Well for an in home sleep study. When they first called they informed that my insurance would cover the cost 100%. The day before they called to confirm my appointment then mentioned there is an additional $150 charge. Prior to the appointment they called and said that if wanted to keep my appointment there would be an additional $450 charge because they made a mistake on the insurance discount. Seems very suspicious on the in home service. Customer service was very rude and was told to contact Sonja.
Horrible place to deal with. They ship you incomplete supplies, ignore your phone calls, and provide too many excuses. It’s been going on for 2 years, I would avoid this business.
They have a friendly and caring staff. They are very knowledgeable and know their work very well.
