I have stayed here well over 6 times. Never had any issues until tonight. I ALWAYS book my reservation via booking.com for the discounted pricing especially since it isn't worth more than the $35 price on booking.com. NEVER had an issue with booking a room for a night away. However, tonight is different. I get to the hotel and the office is closed. So I call. I simply need to check in. Not a big deal. Don't ever go for if you are a smoker... They have balconies they say you can smoke on ...but God forbid you leave the door to the Room open while you're out there you will get fined $250and locked out of your Room even though you paid for another night already!!! Plus they don't give you your security deposit back... what a gimmick!!! Rip off--No Hot Water all night--They put a $50 hold on the room--We already Paid them through Booking .com. We left the Room Clean--Trash in can--we did not Steal any of their Towels--They have a Sign in the Room. They charged me 41.84 MORE for the Room. Never stay there again.

they don't even provide the rooms with shampoo and conditioner...and you can't even buy it at the circle k..also they are rude and don't care. about the fact you paid money and can't even take a shower and get clean..a true hellhole...never again.....
