Absolute garbage! Can't ever get anyone to answer the damn phone and do their job. This place is ridiculous. Better off paying out of pocket somewhere else to get a sleep study done.
Terrible service , had a call from them in August to say they were sending it to our house.its February of the next year and i just received the billing statement from my insurance to state i was charged $370 . When i called to inquire about it . I was told that they came to deliver ( no selected time or date ) and we weren’t home to sign .then it was held at the local post office for 30 days then returned. Had the hardest time getting to speak to anyone to even get my equipment shipped. My doctors office called and they magically picked up so they were able to combine the calls. Got the equipment and the Velcro on the strap won’t stay closed so I sent it back. Hard to do the test when the equipment isn’t secure.
2 stars because shipment of the equipment and taking the test was pretty simple but it’s been months, MONTHS, and I haven’t received my results nor have they been sent to my doctor. Of course they charged my insurance and was paid right away, but I can’t get ahold of them to see what my results haven’t been sent over. It’s ridiculous.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! I have tried for months to contact someone at this office with no luck! Apparently Mandy is never at her desk. I guess I’ll never have my equipment shipped. Completely unprofessional business.
