RecommendedThis was the beat 60 minutes ever!!! I have never done a float before but went with a girlfriend to try it out. From the tea to the relaxing jade room prior to the float was great in itself! I wasn’t sure what to expect during the float....but it was so relaxing that about 20 minutes in I fell asleep for the rest of the hour! It was the best!! I will be doing again!
My first experience in the pods were beyond my expectations. Having some skeletal structural issues, after one 90 minute session in their pods I’ve regained a noticeable amount of pain free range of motion. I tell everyone in pain I know to try this — you won’t be let down!
My husband and I love REST Float Solutions. It's a relaxing, healing experience that we look forward to each time we visit. We purchase the float packages and have shared with friends and family.

Top notch tanks and staff!! I go every week and will continue! I can't say enough great things about this place, it has been a game changer for me. If you have never tried floating may I suggest once a week for a minimum of three weeks to see benefits. I always say it's not the float that's the coolest part, it's the week that follows. Ryan
