I called yesterday to make an appointment to have my apartment treated and was able to get a great quote over the phone and an appointment today. John Riley was great, very professional, prompt, called before he came and explained everything he was going to do. Being pregnant, I was reassurred that the treatment was safe and effective. John explained that he'll be back in a few weeks to make sure the treatment worked and provide additional treatment to the area. The name of the company seemed to change from Organic Pest Control to Rest Easy. They didn't seem to have a record of our appointment and had to reschedule. The technician, Thomas, was very nice and explained everything. It seems very expensive.
