DO NOT do business here! Avoid this place at all costs! There are plenty of other medical suppliers for CPAP machines. The woman who was in charge of submitting to insurance for authorization of CPAP is UNETHICAL rude and extremely unprofessional! Here’s what happened …. NEW I walk in amd the receptionist was on the phone. I waited almost 20 minutes to receive acknowledgement or paperwork. Once in office I waited another 20 minutes. The man who helped with my mask was late and rude. They didn't have the right size or style so he gave me an 8 yo mask in the wrong size. Almost 2 hours due to all the waiting. I had a low blood sugar and told the man I needed to leave. He told me to sit down and finish his papers. Took 30 more minutes knowing I was diabetic with a low sugar.
