The markup on replacement capacitors is ridiculous and very unfair. Although we reached out to them with our concern and dissatisfaction for the amount we were charged for the parts, they were not willing to do anything to make it right. While we have been satisfied with the repairman and their prompt service, unfair pricing for the parts and very poor customer service has made us decide to longer use this company to service our HVAC system.
On 12/02/19, my husband and I made an offer on a new home after reviewing the inspection report.It was noted "Drain, Waste, and Vent Piping 10.5.3 The main drainage line is leaking in the basement. When a service call was scheduled, 5 months prior to settlement, as requested by the previous owner, it was to check a moisture spot on a copper drainage pipe. The homeowner had just had the home inspector there, but did not have the actual home inspection report for our plumber to review. We were told that the inspector could not see any hole, but did see a drip on the piping. At that time this appeared to only be a drip of condensation from the main water line. I’m a new home owner and my AC stopped working suddenly today. I called the on call number and Joel called me back. The initially couldn’t get me in until Tuesday, but a spot opened up and Joel called me back saying they were able to fit me in. He came out to my home at 9pm on a Sunday night. Just had a new Carrier heat pump installed. The techs are knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain the new system. They removed the old outside and inside unit and installed the new system in about 6 hours. Mike in sales was very helpful, not pushy and easy to deal with. Thanks!
