From the moment I enter the office, until the second I leave, I am treated warmly and professionally. The scheduling is spot on and the wait is minimal. I have been visiting this practice for more than 37 years and have always been given the best of care despite the 25+ mile drive each visit. Dr Lelchuk has always been gentle, and thorough with treatments and is there to offer guidance and recommendation when needed. He is not there to "Sell Services" as I have heard with other practices. Finally a decent and talented dentist in Miami! Manners, transparency, efficiency and effectiveness. No upsells, no games. Old fashion customer service.
I have been using them for years in my travels. They have great hygienist.(Marianela) absolutely the best.Very efficient front staff for billing insurances etc.. The dentists are top notch.
