Absolutely the worst run company I have ever worked for. From the people at the properties to the corporate office, nobody knows what they're doing except when it comes to excuses as to why they haven't paid the bills. Always changing accounts payable person, claiming they need the invoices re sent over etc. Even after losing in court they still haven't paid. I would advise you As A contractor to NOT do Business with these people under NO circumstances they DO NOT pay .They use their 60 day pay period for A way to use one to contract work with them with no intention of paying PERIOD the staff are very unprofessional across the board and these company should not be in business ☹☹☹That with everything going on In the world today people have this mindset..
Incompetent morons trying to play property management
DO NOT WORK FOR THEM I had to call a collection company to try and get my 10,000 and now they say they never got the invoices. the cleaning company is owed 105,000.00 this is the worst company I have ever seen and I've been in business since 1962. there lies are now going to go court. I'm putting liens on them. nasty lying people RUN AWAY DO NOT DO ANY CONTACT WORK FOR THEM
What the heck is the matter with this company? So unethical, hiring vendors with the CLEAR INTENT of not paying them, and ruining lives and businesses. Something should be done with legal action. This is clearly fraud, deception, misrepresentation, I'm sending a letter to the AG and I won't stop till I get a response.
Ressco is a very unethical company that trys to screw their vendors out of money. Avoid these criminals at any cost!
