I'm sure her services are fine. I've been waiting on my appointment for weeks now, i was super excited as it's my 21st birthday tomorrow. She cancelled my appointment an hour before which leaves me no time to find anyone else. a couple days notice would have been nice. I just feel as though that was super unprofessional.
