BEWARE. Billing does not return messages to call you. I have dual insurance which they incorrectly applied. Respirtech was OVERPAID but they still are trying to bill me for more. Cust Service MANAGER sees the problem and has requested Billing call me, and they still won't call. Nobody calls back. TERRIBLE BILLING OFFICE! I've even had the Sales Team people request that Billing call me. I'm still trying to talk to someone in billing. The CEO should post a generic email people can use to contact billing. He needs to stop this.
If it was possible I would give you negative 5 stars got my vest when the rep brought it out she told me it was paid in full by my insurance company 6 months later I get a 7,000.00 bill saying I dropped my insurance coverage here to find out they ran it through some one else insurance because the person who canceled the insurance I dont even know and its not even my Insurance so the came and got it because I cant pay for it because Im on disability and cant afford it and thy call there self professionals taking a life saving... read more
Mark with RespirTech was fantastic. He was kind, patient and informative. He Took the time to thoroughly explain the process of ordering vest , my measurements for best fit, the cost and available colors (this is where patience comes into play .. who knew I could be so vain about colors sheesh). He was relatable and an all-around friendly person! Thank you, Mark, my diagnosis is very recent and this is a stressful time for me, you made this next step smooth and I appreciate it.
I received the machine and vest and still have not received training to use it. I will be letting Medicare know.
Amazing and knowledgeable customer service, reliable and life-saving product. I've had Respirtech vests for almost 20 years to manage my CF at home. I've never encountered any issues with getting supplies, replacements, etc.
