If I could put 0 stars I would, it’s been over a week and I haven’t received my order. Every month is the same thing the lady just gives excuse after excuse. Then we have to pick up or meet up for supplies. I have already changed companies. I don’t know why I didn’t check the reviews before. Our children have this service for a reason and to not be taken seriously is not right. Definitely reporting this “business” they don’t answer the calls nor return them and when I’ve gone the store is closed
