Today as always I received excellent customer service at an affordable price. I love that they are within walking distance to my own Downtown Business. Makes IT emergencies much less of a panic!
Had an emergency yesterday where our receptionist computer died. My old back up computer had a long forgotten Windows password. These magicians got in there and set up the computer so it could be accessed for use. I was out of there in under 15 minutes with a minimum of work stoppage at my office. Why would anyone go anywhere else?
Just want to thank them for their prompt & efficient service! They got me in right away & had my computer up and running in no time at all. I sure appreciated their help!
