I had a warranty issue on my Masterspa tub (I needed a new electronic top panel), and within two hours of texting ReSpa asking for a service call, a technician was at my house to replace the panel. Super responsive service- thank you!
Super efficient, punctual, and extremely helpful. I was beyond happy with Dustin coming through and getting our new hot tub placed and everything ready to go! Really appreciate the work they did. They’ll definitely be our first call should we ever need anything again!
Responded quickly to my inquiry, was helpful in that response. I asked them to move a spa for me at 6pm on a Tuesday night and they had it delivered by 9:30am the next morning. Dustin (owner) and crew showed up exactly when they said they would, and did exactly what they said they would. Price was fair. Dustin went above and beyond by helping me out with some small parts for the tub I just bought. He definitely did not have to do that. It doesn’t get any better than that, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
They were able to fit me in on short notice and move a clients hot tub, no problem.
