Communication is lacking, they would constantly over charge our account, and never give credits. Anytime we needed assistance, they took forever to get back to us. They messed up on our taxes and because we terminated our contract with them in 2017, they are refusing to assist with the 2014 employment taxes that they were paid to file. Anytime we ask them a question, they charge us $150, even when we asked for a copy of our signed agreement, they charged us $150.
