I've been trying to get your company to cancel my account since August 28th. You keep pulling money out of my account. I've called and talked to at least 4 different people, all who say they will take care of it and nothing gets done. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I get transferred to yet another person who makes promises but does not follow through.
