Very unprofessional board members that have no clue to what they are doing. Rude and condescending.The renters get by with having big dogs that do their business on the grounds and don’t clean up after their pets that they are not supposed to have.

The St. Pete location has extremely discourteous front desk staff. Location does not return phone calls and obtaining something as simple as an owner’s parking pass was very unpleasant thanks in large part to the receptionist (whose phone manner is equally lacking in typical customer skills). Our agent who I assumed would be pleasant and at least reasonably welcoming neither and turned her back and walked away mid-interaction.

This place needs to work on their customer management skills. I’m a new owner in the Isla area thinking I would receive a friendly welcome to the neighborhood. Unfortunately the only thing I’ve received from Resource Management is heavily enforced rules, forms that need to be filled out and charges for the services they provided.
