Unbelievable! This company is ripping us off with a $46 'billing and reading' fee. What a joke! It seems our landlord handed the contract to a friend 😏
Update: Jason contacted me directly and was able to resolve my issue and asked about my past attempts to contact the company. Terrible customer service. No response to emails and people will not return calls. Bills are going to the wrong address and cannot get this resolved after 2 months
