Fast loading, good ppl!
We very recently had a client of ours take a direct lightning strike that decimated a small cell wireless site. One of those items was a DC power shelf which TSR happened to have 1 unit on their shelf. I called them on a Friday, 20 minutes to closing. Not only did they stay late to get the part out the door - but one of their team members even dropped the package off at the UPS drop location to make sure it got there the very next day with Saturday delivery. Thank you all for the above-and-beyond response!
