Extremely kind, quick, and easy! Got everything done, was given a lot of information, and felt respected. Wasn't expecting much since the reviews, but it was surprisingly nice! The building looks nothing like it does in the Google photos, it looks a lot better and nicer. First time ever starting HRT, was treated like a person and everything went well!

Terrible. I have received a charge from this clinic, who fell off follow up and refused to respond in continuing care for me in 2022. It’s 2026… why is there a request for funds four years later? I’m not impressed with this clinic. Their staff constantly switched out. Follow up is obviously horrendous. Seek care somewhere else if you are trans. They don’t actually care about helping you. They do not care about your shot anxiety. They just want your government write off for aids treatments.
I’ve only had good experiences here. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and it didn’t take super long to get me in to take HRT labs and out the door in under an hour.
