I call to reschedule or to cancel from the number that I keep getting on my phone when they text me for my appointment, but that number is not their number. It’s a call center. During the call, I asked to reschedule but they said they can’t because they are a call center and cannot. Then I asked to cancel and they told me they can’t too. I have been a patient at resound with Dr Chris Albert and Dr Schaffer for a bit over a year. I cannot recommend this place any higher. Every single appointment I've had i have left either smiling or laughing. I am very thankful for the staff.
Been seeing Schaffer for years. Today he made me wait 52 minutes for my appt. I told receptionist i will be downstairs and i will wait 1 hr total and no more call me when hes ready. She called with 8 minutes to spare. I told Schaffer you had 8 minutes to spare before i left i dont appreciate having to wait 52 minutes past my scheduled appt. He didnt say a word. Make sure they get you in with the RIGHT doc as one does not specialize in the ears and nose. Requiring another doc visit and waste of a few hundred dollars. They could have scheduled me with right doc rather than have their PA tell me he couldn’t help me and I’d have to schedule with other doc as current doc that was in did not specialize in the nose. That first visit was Pointless and office manager was a prick not understanding. Avoid this place.
Dr. Kokesh is a lifesaver! He has done both my children's ear tubes (2 years ago) and this year for our youngest. Resound was able to schedule us quickly, the process was so smooth, and help our 11 month old before what would have been an agonizing flight.. for everyone. SO thankful
