All staff and Doctor were kind and helpful. The doctor listened to me and talked about care plan. Very satisfied and will recommend Resound to others.
Was referred to this clinic due to location ..Waited 1 month to get in with a serious issue, that I had asked to be placed on a waiting listt for, with no luck! Got there early 15min early to check in. Two receptionists were typing away. 1st one (" LOTA") that made eye contact with me put her head down and continued typing away (was not on the phone).
