Friendly staff. Can't say good or bad. I arrived 20 minutes early. Checked in and done with paperwork 15 minutes early waited over 45 minutes to be seen. He was honest and friendly. Apologized for the wait, and told me what he could and couldn't do for me. I would visit again.
I saw Dr. Schaffer a couple of weeks ago for my coughing and throat clearing issues. Dr. Schaffer was very friendly, competent and caring. He performed a very thorough examination and then explained what he thought was the issue and provided a range of options to try to resolve my problem. I did not feel rushed and felt that Dr. Schaffer took his time with my exam and answered all of my questions. Bottom line, I was very impressed with my overall experience with Resound ENT and Dr. Schaffer and would highly recommend them.
Dr. Schaffer was treated me beautifully because he made me feeling better than before met him. And easy to explain to understand and gave me successfully treated me. Thanks
Ask about empty nose syndrome or avoid this place if you value your health. The doctors performed a completely unnecessary surgery on me, which greatly decreased my quality of life. The fact that they rebranded from Alaska Center for Ear, Nose, and Throat (ACENT) honestly makes a lot more sense now.
💥 Lack of Autism Awareness 💥 Took my son here whom is 3years old. He has level 3 Autism, GDD, Speech Delpy, and ADHA. He saw Dr. Stephen Schaffer. He has no perspective of Autism and the requirements that come with treating complexities that come with treating someone with Autism. Dr. Schaffer became unfriendly and annoyed with my son because he couldn't get him to do what he wanted.
