I just wanted to take a minute to thank Resort Travelers. I know the only thing ever posted on BBB is negative so i figured I would take a minute to let everyone know that I did receive offers from Resort Travelers. The first set of offers I wasn't able to book, so I called the customer service and spoke to Joe P*****. He took his time with me and reassured me I would get offers within 30 days. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! Hang up the phone if you are contacted by anybody from RTI. I was sought by representatives from RTI in June of 2015 at a very vulnerable financial time in my life. I was dealing with a very serious medical issue. I was broke and had a lot of bills piling. I explained to the representative that I could not afford to lose any money. My experience with RTI was wonderful. I signed up in may this year. Just got two offers for my weeks. Perfect timing for xmas. I was thinking about selling my timeshare before but now I can actually use it thanks to RTI. I learned more about my timeshare from them then I did from ********* itself. Thanks again for all your help.

I really wish I could give these people a positive rating but unfortunately I can't because I would never do this to another consumer. These people hounded me for months telling me they could rent my weeks for at least $1800 if I paid them $1000 which I did for their service and it would be done in 60 days (special). When the 60 day expiration date came, they called me with offers which I confirmed and agree too. Do not do business with RTI. They lie about who they represent and their sales tactics are the typical hard sell. The first contact that I had was from a telephone call. The call was from Sara R*****. She left a message that she was an *** concierge and needed to obtain some properties to rent for a big conference and left a number to call. She lied. I want to register a negative review about my experience with Resort Travelers International Inc. When I checked on Sept. 1, 2016 why i had no offers or contact s since signing up in June 2016, I was told they had forwarded on offer via E-mail on Aug. 8, 2016. i do not believe this as i check all my E-mails, all the time, and did not receive it.
