Vince was incredibly rude during my nail service. I usually come in for Rose but she was unavailable. Which is fine. Vince was grumpy that I wanted a simple heart design on one nail for valentines. He had to have another tech do it (mind you I had asked for French tips originally and was told he could not do it). I’ll attach a picture of what I asked for. So I chose a simple design instead. This salon doesn’t even deserve a star! I have gone multiple times, and have always been treated poorly! I went to Resort today, the reason I will never go again is the nail tech that goes by Mia. Not only did she have to redo multiple nails because she was rushing, but she also ruined my shoes at the end of the appointment. Even though I told her not to touch my shoes prior. They recently upped their prices, and management does not care about the customers at all. Will not be going back!

I love Resort Nail Spa for my pedicures. They use premium products, keep implements sanitized, do a great job (Lynn and Ivy are my favorites), and stay on time. Highly recommend!
