Had a scheduled appointment and still had not been seen 35–40 minutes later. I came in at the same time as my daughter, who was taken right away, while I sat waiting. I eventually had to leave without ever being seen. You don’t schedule appointments and then not honor them — this is not a doctor’s office and people schedule for a reason!
