Horrible experience. Booked a room at Laketown Wharf through them and check in is suppose to be at 4pm, well it’s 4:40 and we still don’t have a room! And we pre-paid for our condo a month ago! Ridiculous. Customer service is horrible and the customer service at Laketown Wharf is horrible as well. What’s the purpose of booking in advance when you still have to wait. And customer service is unapologetic. Read another review where a persons said they didn’t get their condo until 6:00.
