I’d never, ever, ever book with these people. I booked a condo in Willis, Texas through VRBO, and my reservation was cancelled 20 minutes before check in. It was clearly stated before Robert and Jim accepted the reservation request, and requested payment that this condo, that it was being rented for my parents to enjoy for the weekend. 20 minutes before my 80 year old parents were set to arrive,after their 4 hour drive, it was cancelled stating this was considered a third party booking, they had been burned before, and it vi... read more

Clean comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make us happy. they earned all 5 stars! OH.. really cool view from the balcony!
