Nice at the time – When I first moved in I was in a new section. I didn't have a problem with my townhouse/apartment. Friends that lived a couple doors away had huge problems. The moved in the cabinets in the kitchen and the downstairs bathroom was not finished and didn't get finished until several months after they moved in.
