I booked a 90-minute massage with Bao for my first visit to this location, and it was a great experience. Bao took the time to understand the areas I wanted to focus on and made sure to check in throughout. I really appreciated the thoughtful suggestions on ways to help with some of the tighter spots with stretches and cupping. I’d definitely recommend Bao if you’re looking for someone attentive and knowledgeable! Thank you!!

After years of Physical Therapy, Katherine Wolff at Resolve Wellness has provided the most relief and helped me push through to be the best version of myself. Her caring and intuitiveness is unmatched! If you suffer from chronic pain that no one can seem to pinpoint, do yourself a favor and go see her. Cranial sacral therapy is magic!!

After trying everything and anything for my 11 year long chronic pain, I decided to give cranial sacral therapy a try.
