ResMed customer service is terrible. I was repeatedly told over and over in the same email conversation to go to the medical supply company. ResMed was absolutely no help at all whatsoever. I am having an issue with the blower motor going out on my Aircurve 10. My machine makes a loud obnoxious whining noise as it blows out air. I already went to the medical supply company I use, to trouble shoot my machine. They are unable to do anything and directed me to ResMed the manufacturer. I got a check in the mail for $7200 and I never asked for this I called to verify and I was told it was no good so I shredded it .

Avoid this company at all costs. Company doesn't back their products, their authorized repair center known as repair authority doesn't issue insurance compliant invoices, and the company makes defective equipment. They sold me a Resmed 11 cpap machine that allegedly had a 2 year warranty. On 07-15-25, Sleep Clinic indicated their cpap machine would not write to an SD Card. I received my Resmed CPAP auto set last July 2024. Normally, Resmed makes the best medical devices, but the Airsense 11 humidifier tank is too small to hold enough water to last the 8 hours required for restorative sleep. I’ve lowered the humidity setting, more and more, but after 6 hours, I automatically wake up to avoid smelling the burning smell, plus the dry air I’m breathing. This machine is ridiculous!
