Extremely poor experience The staff who is answering the phone very unprofessional and not helpful at all
Horrible customer service. Tried to order 2 air minis for an upcoming trip to Europe for a funeral. Was charged and refunded multiple times for supposedly missing info even though we already have the large units for our home use. I have never had such difficulty buying any product from a company and very rude service. I would suggest consumers buy from someone else.😒
