Tank is ridiculously small and the app wont allow screenshots so you can forward on to medical provider. What is the big deal with screenshot, its not like your selling us our info...third and last resmed machine.
Resmed full face cpap/apap mask f20 air touch is the best of the best. It is several years on the market, but nothing is better than this one. Please continue its manufacturing. Highly recommended.
Extremely poor experience. The representative didn’t even know the name of the area where their own office is located and told me she had “never heard of it.” because she does not live here! This is basic training and basic geographic awareness, especially for a company operating in California. I am in California and have lived here for over two decades. One of the worst companies in the world! I barely used my airsense 10 machine and I heard a loud voice and when I asked for advice they told me the motor has to be replaced and Resmed doesn’t replace it and doesn’t cover any machine after 2 years! That’s unfair ! It’s not recommend at all! Never going to buy again Resmed cpap and f I didn’t have another cpap machine I wouldn’t be able to sleep! And by the way the customer service agent is very very very rude!!!!
