Resmed in Westfields Hornsby is excellent. Staff always friendly and welcoming. Nicki was brilliant in identifying and resolving problems with my Airsense 11 CPAP machine and mask. Also took the time and care to answer my other queries relating to an AirMini machine.
After feeling disappointed with a staff’s service , eventually We are lucky to have Niki who is very knowledgeable and caring, She provided the valuable suggestions and helped us to choose the right products. We felt so good. Thank you very much Niki
