I’m leaving this review because my experience with Resilient Solutions has been phenomenal, although my grief group was cancelled because most of the group could not come in, Jessica Walters LCSW has gone so far above and beyond in her efforts to ensure I find some sort of treatment. She is compassionate, genuine and really does care about the people she is helping. My daughter saw Becky Andrews here before we moved. She was so kind and even accommodated us for a long time after we moved. My daughter thrived with the pet therapy and we were very lucky Becky had an opening for her. She was very professional and taught healthy coping mechanisms as well as other skills and principles.
I hate writing bad reviews however this is feedback that needs to be given: My wife and I saw Kathrine Reynolds for couples therapy for about 6 months. At first things were good, and we had a positive experience. Then she started canceling on us last minute severals times which is frustrating when you have little kids and need to get a babysitter. I scheduled a first time appointment with Kathryn and was looking forward to my first session. About 12 hours prior to my appointment, she texts me to cancel saying essentially that she doesn’t feel qualified to help me with what I would like to work on and recommended another person in the office. She forwarded me Tameras contact information and when I reached out to her and never heard back. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but come on! Communication is horrible here.
