I have been indoor cycling for six years. I have had some issues with my hamstrings, ankles and backs of my knees. After talking with coach Dan he immediately understood my concerns and knew exactly why I was feeling pain in certain areas. He was able to provide strength exercises and stretches that targeted specific muscle groups to aid in my recovery.
