Incredible experience with Resilience!!! Hire them! Our 18-year old A/C died, not holding any coolant, leaking galore. We got a couple of bids and the people who came out didn’t ask the right questions, and had some automatic solutions that didn’t make sense based on their lack of investigating. Our neighbor knew they were going to be getting a new system for their house soon. They wanted to go ahead and get a new a/c system before the hotter days of Texas arrived. I reached out to a couple of people to see if they had an... read more

Let me just say upfront and quickly to save you a lot of time. HIRE / CALL Resilience Heating and Cooling - period. I have been down the endless marketing rabbit hole with some of the "big name" companies for AC/HVAC and they were always overpriced, undercommunicative and always upselling. Reslience IS THE OPPOSITE. Yusuan the owner, is an absolute pleasure to work with, speak with and have work on your needs. He is always on time, properly and quickly communicates and the work is top notch. We just had him and his team comp... read more

Love this company. Yusuan is the best! A neighbor recommended them and now I’ve recommended them to my boss. Unlike two larger ac companies, Yusuan was straight forward and gave me my options without trying to upsell. And - he was right about the issue and the repair. The only one of three. In 3-5 years when the rest of the system dies, he will have my business for a new unit.

After another company told me I needed a full HVAC system replacement, Yusuan came out and very carefully looked over everything and told me that’s not necessary after all. He walked me through the whole system, shared some opportunities to be proactive, and overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend making him your first call for any HVAC needs.

Absolutely first class HVAC company. While home warranty companies and national chain vendors were making me go through hoops, Resilience focused on restoring AC for my family for a totally reasonable price with LITERALLY one day's notice to get the work done. If you're looking for an HVAC vendor, you've found the right one - call them and move on :)
