I thought I had wonderful things to say about this practice, but after today I am not sure how to feel. First, let me explain that I was billed for a letter that I could have been made aware of that would be an additional $95 fee prior to the letter being written and billed for. The letter (not even a half a page long) could have been a simple phone call.
