We had issues with our Hague water treatment unit since it’s been off for a year. My wife reached to Andrew Lankford and he sent Trent to our home that is over an hour away from their office and we couldn’t be happier! Trent was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Got everything done in no time and the bill was more than fair. We’ll definitely use them again and recommend you do as well.
Great company ! Great service ! Awesome product ! We purchased the water softener system 8 years ago and it has performed like a rockstar ! Very good water softeners. The owners and staff are great to work with. Customer service is wonderful.
We had a Hague water softener installed in 2015. Since then it has worked flawlessly. Andrew and his team have offered excellent personalized service over the last several years and continue to do so. Their service professionals are courteous and arrive on time and communicate well. Andrew has even been delivering our salt through this pandemic (following social distancing guidelines as well). I can’t recommend this company more highly for anyone needing a water softener / home water purification system.
I have been using these guys for over 7 years. I was a custom home builder for 22 years and I've never had as wonderful as an experience as I have with RWS. They get back to you usually within 24 hours. A lot of times they've been able to help me diagnose stuff over the phone . I would have given them six stars if it was available.
