Customer service is extremely nice and it's a really nice location.Ken ,his daughter Tina ,and the rest of the family are very nice ,and professional (easy to talk to)and so is Tina the housekeeper . She's very uplifting! Ron the maintenance man went out of his way to help my husband and I ,and I just wanted to say ' THANK YOU,' again .Thumbs up all the way ! Very nice and clean!!
Clean room, friendly staff.
No phones no washcloths no cups no hair dryer no kleenex. No ice no snack machines noisy metal beds not enough insulation between rooms dog next door wined for 3 hrs straight. Toilet seat not fastened about to come off. No paper receipt upon check out. Only thing was close to fast food place gas stations and groceries. Close to highway. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Only upside didn't have to sleep in our car.
Checked in to the hotel at nearly midnight after a long travel. Immediately saw at least 5 bed bugs crawling around the "freshly renovated" room. Informed the front desk and they said they would send someone to change the sheets. Asked for a refund instead. The front desk then tried to persuade me into staying at another of the owners hotels so she could "get some". There was new furniture, but the construction was poorly done.
