Tim and company were very professional and did a great job in a timely manner did not leave one single scrap on debris of any kind behind in my yard ! Thats the first time I haven't had to clean up after workers have been at my home for any job ! I highly recommend this company !
3 years ago Tim put a roof on my house. I live next to a field with very high winds. My shingles are always blowing off. I wanted to put a steel roof on because of this. Tim stated that the type of shingles he uses will not blow off. Well he was correct and I could not be more happy that I did not put that noisy steel roof on my home . It has survived many storms and high winds. Thanks I won't have to hear every rain drop hit my roof. Great Job
I'd like to say after speaking to Tim, owner of Residential Roofing, I spoke with my husband and we invited Tim to our home to provide an estimate on our roofing issues. After speaking w/Tim, we didn't take long to decide that we would proceed w/project early May. Tim provided explanations for each step of the project and gave us timeline of completion..I can't say we are totally excited to have the new roof put on, but, am VERY confident that the job will be done right and on time..the FIRST time.
