Mr. H came to my house in 3 days to look at my shingled roof. In his opinion my 30 year roof was in pretty good shape. Truth be told he had replaced this roof shortly before we bought the house in 1990. I had two leaks and he gave me the option of just doing a repair or replacement of roof. He promised the repair would take care of my problem and he was correct. They repaired my roof on a Saturday. The workmen were polite and did not make a mess. They cleaned up before they left.
