I rented a house from Residential Rentals West and the initial personnel, Kelli McKenna, was really good. The house was in desperate need of a paint job in which she said they would not paint but if we wanted to, sure. I am a service provider that has serviced a couple of the houses they manage. They do not pay invoices due. VENDORS STEER CLEAR
Jason Mock (sole proprietor) & Jasmine (assistant) are not very good at follow up with renters or property owners. When they could not replacement renters, rental properties get abandoned, without notifying the property owner. Move-out cleaning not completed and required additional follow up.
