I can't say enough good things about Residential Rental Group - complete professionalism. I have now been on both the landlord and tenant sides with them and have referred them to my close friends who rent out their properties, which should say it all. I'm not usually a review writer, unless I feel it is truly deserved - they have always been truly a pleasure to work with.

RRG has been an amazing company to work with. Their staff is always on top of everything and matters get resolved very quickly. I appreciate all the hard work they put in to make it easier for tenants trying to find a home. I would recommend anyone to use them as they have been one of our favorites to work with!

Overall, our experience as renters was quite positive. Very responsive to maintenance requests and were reasonable in helping to resolve an issue with the security deposit. I highly recommend them.

Don't bother doing any clean up after move out. They will literally take every dime and find the smallest excuse to charge you. When you are living in the house they are snotty and rude. We are a military family. They gave us no lienency during government shut downs or deplyments. We have moved around to a lot of different places and have never been treated this way by any company before. Take your money elsewhere!!!!

This is an awful company. They do not have the technology to allow automatic bill pay or online payment so you have to mail checks or pay to get a certified check every month. Their staff are incompetent and ave is multiple pieces of incorrect information regarding our property when we signed our lease. They are disorganized and did not have keys made nor did they know which mail box was ours. I strongly recommend you do not use this company to manage your property and try to avoid renting property from them.

I hope if you're thinking about renting from Residential Rental Group you read this first! I feel sorry for the people that already moved into the place I just moved out of. When I moved in right before Christmas of 2012 it had issues from day 1. Sink backed up, toilets backed up, we had to wait 2 days during Christmas for someone to come and flush it out, couldn't flush it and their was feces in the toilet!!!
