Bad experience with maintenance they send unlicensed people to work on the AC then blame you for the problem when it was the person before hand because they keep sending different people. The fee to pay your payment for the house went from 10$ to 44$ that's terrible. I feel like they are trying to push me out and it's sad that I built a add on to the place because they said it was ok. If I get pushed out I'm taking it down won't rip me off. Can't get anyone in the office on the phone once you move in just shady text messages... read more

You start off by paying $5000 just to move in. Youre paying double the mortgage payment, every month, that they have for the property (whatever one you choose). You have to maintain and sustain that property at your own cost. Just read the contract before you sign. And make sure all the outlets work before you move in, that shouldve been the warning sign i made a bad decision. Mistakes made, lessons learned. I hope others had a better experience.
