I’ve used Residential Plumbing many times over the years. Ken and his staff are always efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Robby did a great job on our recent outdoor spigot plumbing repair at our new house.
My 1st interaction was with the woman on the phone when I called. So friendly and helpful. A wonderful 1st face of your company. The technician, Robby, was timely and personable as well. And very thorough. My issue ended up not being related to plumbing, but I’ll definitely be keeping their contact information in my back pocket should I ever need a plumber in the future.
