This company no have respect for employees. I spoke about the supervisor Rick is really nasty with costumer and employees and Lee never said nothing. Mister Rick is always high on pot and every body ( employers and employees know) about his habit to smoke pop in his car on working hours, also is really racist with Spanish spoken people. So if I was you never hired or allow this Cain of people on you properties. No work for how much you paid for.
I would never hire this management company to oversee any property. They do not respond to emails or messages. They completely ignore and disregard any form of contact unless they are giving out a complaint. If you issue a response of any sort, it gets snubbed and intentionally disregard. No respect for a simple confirmation of receipt of email or calls back. Multiple messages and emails to Marie Polombo with no response in several days.
