Rented 35 Patina view SW from them starting May 2025. They did not disclose to me that snow melt and rain will flood the garage entrance and front door entrance. Once this problem started happening in the winter with the snow melt, they strung me along that it was gonna be fixed permanently. Then they put a “garage mat” in the garage for vehicle run off that did nothing.
