RENTERS BEWARE. If you want your property managed by them, I’d say they’re good at keeping the damage deposit from the renters. We’ve been excellent renters and had no issues with them for years, until move out. They’ve done lots to keep our damage deposit-sure there’s wear and tear, but they’ve had property managers come in take a look at the place and said everything is great. UNTIL move out and they will find every reason to charge you and keep your damage deposit.

Was very disappointed with my experience. We looked at a couple different units but with only one person in charge of showings, applications, and leasing our application got lost multiple times. We were told we would hear back from someone and then never did. Additionally we were sent someone elses information for a property we didn't apply for. Although the staff are kind and seem to be trying their best, this company is overwhelmed with their listings and are in need of more staff.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with as a prospective tenant. They appear to be understaffed, with only one leasing agent handling application processing and showings. Unfortunately, there were multiple instances where commitments were forgotten, and one showing was delayed because the wrong keys were brought. The overall process felt disorganized and unprofessional, making it difficult to have confidence in the company in general.

RLG managed our property in SW Calgary. They found a great tenant, were easy to work with, and ensured the property was well cared for and rent was paid on time. I recommend them as a property manager. Thanks RLG.
