Was very disappointed with my experience. We looked at a couple different units but with only one person in charge of showings, applications, and leasing our application got lost multiple times. We were told we would hear back from someone and then never did. Additionally we were sent someone elses information for a property we didn't apply for. Although the staff are kind and seem to be trying their best, this company is overwhelmed with their listings and are in need of more staff.
RLG managed our property in SW Calgary. They found a great tenant, were easy to work with, and ensured the property was well cared for and rent was paid on time. I recommend them as a property manager. Thanks RLG.
Rented 35 Patina view SW from them starting May 2025. They did not disclose to me that snow melt and rain will flood the garage entrance and front door entrance. Once this problem started happening in the winter with the snow melt, they strung me along that it was gonna be fixed permanently. Then they put a “garage mat” in the garage for vehicle run off that did nothing.
