I just had my second knee replacement,and had residential home care both times. I want to give a shout-out to Michelle, my PT, and to Kate,my nurse. They were great to work with, very positive, and helpful. Kourtney, and Kayla did the admission, and discharge were also great. Someone said that they would welcome them back in their homes for help again. Heck I would welcome any of them back in my house, if for nothing else, just a visit
Residential Hospice left my grandpa dead in his care home for over 5+ hours. I will never recommend this company
Trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible. Just a clever phone tree that goes nowhere.leave a message nobody call you back .

My Grandmother had Becky as her main nurse. Becky has been amazing. She has the perfect balance of care and professionalism she loves what she does and it definitely shows. She always goes above and beyond what is expected. Grandma also had Pamela as her shower aid Pam always did an amazing job with Grandma she paid attention to the little things like a wisker growing on Grandma's chin and would make sure she was beautiful and comfortable.
